8. Emma Stone - Cruella
Cruella de Vil is one of the most iconic villains in all of Disney's back catalogue, and as Glenn Close proved in her live-action interpretation of the character in 1996's 101 Dalmatians, it is a part which requires the actor to become totally unlike themselves.
And so, for the villain's upcoming origin story Cruella, Emma Stone will undergo quite the dramatic makeup job to resemble the antagonist.
With her face pancaked white, her eyes layered in deep, shadowy makeup, and her hair coloured in two white and black segments, her above-the-shoulders look is the polar opposite of the wide-eyed, fresh-faced heroine we're used to Stone playing.
Throw in a ridiculous black ensemble suit and a couple of dalmatians, and you'd never guess it was Stone at a cursory glance - she looks like Madonna had a baby with The Rocky Horror Picture Show's Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry).
