If Jones has a reputation for being an extremely diva-like actress, the one who tops her is Katherine Heigl. Not only has she made some utterly appalling movies in recent years, but she is also horrendous to be around at times. She publicly criticised the writing on the show that made her famous in the mid 2000s, Grey's Anatomy, pulling out of consideration for an Emmy and stating, I do not feel I was given the material this season to warrant a nomination. There's having an opinion, and then there's just being completely disrespectful to the people who made you a star. Heigl was also reportedly tough to work with on the set of the hugely successful Knocked Up in 2007, and afterwards claimed the film paints women as shrews" and said the movie was hard for her to make. Seth Rogen and Judd Apatow were none too impressed with the comments. An insider on the 36-year-old's 2010 stinker Life As We Know It also didn't have much good to say about her, claiming:
"She can cost you time every single day of shooting. Wardrobe issues, not getting out of the trailer, questioning the script every single day".
Heigl's career looked very promising at one point, but the amount of drivel she has produced since Knocked Up appears to suggest otherwise. There are clearly many people who are unsure about working with her now, having heard the numerous tales of her tiresome behaviour.
