10 Actors Who BLAMED Fans For Films Failing

5. Linda Hamilton - Terminator: Dark Fate

A sure thing on paper, hiring Deadpool's Tim Miller to direct a new Terminator movie which would bring back both Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton in their defining roles as the Terminator and Sarah Connor, respectively, couldn't fail, right?

Wrong, actually...

Taking just $250 million on a $185 million budget, it's hard to see the famous franchise coming back from this.

Sarah Connor actress Linda Hamilton had the fans firmly in her sights, saying:

“I really think that box office is gonna be the thing that killed Terminator. Of course it’s the studios that put hundreds of millions of dollars into a film, but it’s just a fickle world in terms of fandom..."

Fickle fans?

Sorry Linda, fans aren't at fault for skipping the latest entry in a franchise which peaked in 1991with T2: Judgement Day, and has gotten progressively sillier with each new instalment.

Closing the interview, Hamilton, like a kid who claims they didn't want to be invited to that stupid party anyway, commented on the possibility of returning as Sarah Connor again in the future with:

"I don’t have any desire to continue. I never did."

Never wanted to continue?

Then why did you?

After all, there's no fate but what we make for ourselves...
