3. Kevin Durand - X-Men: Origins - Wolverine

Kevin Durand actually went through two different major bodily transformations for X-Men: Origins - Wolverine. The second obviously turned his hulking, muscular frame into that of monstrous, fearsome mutant Blob after the Taskforce X gig dried up and he was put out to pasture.

But even before he donned that big rubber fatsuit, Durand's already fairly impressive physique was given an artificial boost for him to play the huge, prime-condition Fred Dukes.

He was covered in clay to capture his existing form and then had prosthetics added to give him a barrel chest and Dukes' frighteningly big biceps before his transformation into Blob required a whole lot more latex and foam.
