10 Actors Who Clearly Knew Their Movie Sucked

7. Bill Murray In Garfield

Fifty Shades Freed Dakota Johnson Jamie Dornan
20th Century Fox

The casting that happened only because Murray couldn't tell Coen from Cohen, how could this entry not be on the list? We'll never know how this movie turned out in the event that Bill Murray had it right that one of the Coen brothers was working on it, but until then we'll always have this train wreck. Yay?

While the sequel is worse, that doesn't make the first one any better, in fact the first Garfield movie is the kind of train wreck that we were convinced just didn't happen anymore until the first Sonic trailer proved us so very wrong.

And you can tell by his performance that Murray is keenly aware of this, purely from the regret that practically drips from his voice. Which would almost be funny in and of itself, if it wasn't so damn sad.
