10 Actors Who Could Play Donald Trump In A Film Biopic
8. Jeff Goldblum
Jeff Goldblum didn't want Trump to become president (are you starting to sense a pattern here?), but c'mon, who wouldn't want to see GoldTrump ham it up as a can of orange Fanta in a bleached wig?
Also, if Trump presses a wrong button while in office he might just be one step away from blowing up the White House, so Goldblum can draw on his experience of having to react to such a spectacle. Just imagine Roland Emmerich directing a White House Down type of movie in which Trump has to defend himself from an onslaught of every single group of people he has ever offended (jeez, that would be a long film).
In all seriousness though it might be hard to imagine Goldblum giving a serious performance as Trump, but maybe that wouldn't be a bad thing. The world is a scary, angry place right now, and the United States hasn't had a more divided population since the 19th century. Everybody loves Goldblum, so maybe he could help to heal the wounds in America and bring everyone together to stop bickering and get on with it, even if you don't agree with Trump's ideas.
Or better yet North Korea could produce a film in which they send two journalists to assassinate Trump for the sake of the world. A movie where North Korean James Franco and Seth Rogen have to infiltrate the White House and take out GoldTrump - it has blockbuster written all over it.
