Oscar Isaac's been acting since the 90s, but it's only recently that he's started to become a dominant force in the Hollywood space.
His roles in smaller dramas like Ex Machina and Inside Llewyn Davis followed by prominent places in the Star Wars and X-Men universes have displayed his incredible range, and he'd surely have no problems adapting himself to the Uncharted world.
In the space of two years, he's played one of the most powerful X-Men in history, a roguish, likable rebel pilot and the reclusive CEO of an internet company - if that's not range, then what is? Isaac is reliable anywhere you slot him; action, drama, sci-fi, you name it - and his proven talent, across many genres, production sizes and character types - makes him a completely safe bet for Nathan Drake.
Of course, he might have to hit the gym a little and he doesn't look as much like Nathan Drake as Scott Eastwood does, but visuals can easily be altered, whereas acting ability is harder to come by.
