1. Lindsay Lohan

Before you start shaking your head at our final pick, cast your mind back to that brief window in the mid-2000s where Mean Girls-era Lindsay Lohan showed real promise and charm as an actress. Remember it?

It didn't last long, of course, and soon enough a string of personal scandals firebombed most of her potential, leading her to appear in an increasingly desperate streak of films, culminating in Scary Movie 5 and The Canyons in 2013. She hasn't appeared in a single movie since.

Though many might not want to admit it, Lohan does have acting talent, no matter how squandered it's largely been. She's also got a self-deprecating quality which could serve her well if she manages to mount a comeback in the near-future, and Netflix could be just the platform to get it done.

Lohan's the right age where both millennials and older demographics know who she is, so if she can land the right project - an edgy thriller or a self-reflexive comedy role, perhaps - a Lindsay Lohan Netflix Original could be far more successful than just about anyone expects.

Surely plenty of people would watch it for the sake of curiosity alone...

How Likely Is It?: With her countless other business ventures, it doesn't much seem like Lohan is especially interested in acting anymore. Don't count her out entirely, but Netflix would probably need to dump a truck full of $100 bills on her lawn for her to consider it, as intriguing as it could be. 3/10
