8. Rob Schneider - Home Team & Daddy Daughter Trip
When your back catalogue includes Sylvester Stallone's Dredd, The Ridiculous 6, and Deuce Bigelow: Male Gigolo, you might think you can get away with making even more terrible films without anyone noticing.
Well, Rob Schneider didn't count on one thing - internet list makers with access to his filmography.
The former SNL cast member pitched up in the Adam Sandler-produced Home Team, a sports comedy based on the real story of Sean Payton.
A former NFL coach, Payton managed his son's little league team whilst serving a suspension from the league. Sounds like a good idea... until you learn that Kevin James played the lead role.
The film stank, tarred by all the usual criticisms of a James and Sandler joint venture. Not even Schneider's turn as Payton's ex-wife's new husband could save it.
Then came Daddy Daughter Trip, which Schneider also produced and directed. He stars alongside his real-life daughter as a parent-child combo who attempt to bond on a road trip.
Again, sounds good, but Schneider failed to connect with anyone who sat through this self-obsessed vanity project.
As one reviewer put it, "The scenery is better than the plot."
