Career High: Home Alone 2 Career Low: Deuce Bigalow: European Gigalo Not one who is particularly well known for his acting ability, or for releasing either commercially or critically successful films, Schneider seems to have built a career lately out of popping up in the movies of his friends (most notably Adam Sandler) and the question here is why Hollywood seems to have so much time for someone of his clearly limited charms, rather than why he isn't pushing himself to do more. Because he obviously doesn't need to, having created a career out of very little so far (aside from an actually very engaging performance in Home Alone 2 as the tip-hungry bell-boy). Schneider does have his moments: Deuce Bigalow had some laughs, and some of his cameos in Sandler movies are more impressive than the rest of the films themselves, but there just aren't enough of them to really answer how he is still considered a commercially attractive artist. Could he pull off an impressive serious role? Who knows, but the signs aren't exactly positive.
