Why They Regret Turning It Down: The only movie Mortensen has awaiting release is drama Captain Fantastic, so did he reject Tarantino over some little Sundance movie that may ultimately go nowhere? Either way, it would've brought Mortensen's profile back to the A-list, considering that he's been flying pretty low on the radar over the last few years, opting for more art-house flicks than big studio ventures.
