10 Actors Who Never Get The Praise They Deserve

6. Toby Jones

Toby Jones, right now, is one of the best actors in the world, yet nobody knows who he is. His portrayal of Alfred Hitchcock in The Girl is supreme to Anthony Hopkins' and his embodiment of Truman Capote in Infamous was on par with Philip Seymour Hoffman's Oscar winning performance, it's just Infamous is nowhere near as good as the central performance. To Americans and most of the wider universe, he is most known for having small roles in things such as The Hunger Games, Captain America: The First Avenger and voicing Dobbie in the Harry Potter movies, but they only show a glimpse of the great actor's talent. 2012, was hopefully the breakout year for Jones as his portrayal of Hitchcock in The Girl was much acclaimed and landed him a Golden Globe nomination and his lead performance in the masterful Berberian Sound Studio was one of the very best of the year. Jones should build on his successes in the past year and land himself more leading roles so he gets noticed by a wider audience and no longer goes criminally underrated. Top 5 Movies:
1. Berberian Sound Studio 2. The Mist 3. The Girl 4. The Hunger Games 5. W.
