Michael Bay isn't like a lot of directors on this list. Whereas Kubrick and Hitchcock are widely regarded as some of the greatest filmmakers of all time, Michael Bay's a director who at one point had more explosions in his films than their collective minutes. He's a director you go to for instant gratification, and he knows what teenaged boys like, and at one point what they wanted was Megan Fox.

Still, that doesn't mean that he can't be demanding. At least, that's what Megan Fox thought of him when she famously compared him to Hitler for his behaviour on set.

Shia Lebouf waded into the crossfire, accusing Bay of filming women in a way that would appeal to teenagers which, considering the image up there and the fact that Fox's replacement Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's audition consisted of walking, you kind of have to agree with.
