10 Actors Who Should Appear In The New Matrix Movie

10. Daniel Kaluuya - Neo 2.0

The Role: Get Out star Daniel Kaluuya is a fast-rising talent, and he's blessed with both the looks and the acting chops that would make him a fantastic protagonist, whether that indeed ends up being young Morpheus or an entirely new character.

Making "the new Neo" black would also be an interesting callback to the first movie's original plan to cast Will Smith as Neo (which, in one of the worst judgement calls in the history of Hollywood, Smith turned down).

How Likely Is It?: Kaluuya's calendar is actually pretty clear aside from a role in Black Panther next year (assuming that doesn't lead to a larger MCU role), and though rumours persist that Michael B. Jordan is in fact being sought for the lead, Get Out's unexpected critical and commercial success will surely give Warner Bros. a moment for pause.

There's no guarantee, but he's gotta be in the running. 6/10
