Other contenders: Deborah Ann Woll, Bryce Dallas Howard, Svetlana Khodchenkova While somewhat of a divided character amongst fanboys, there€™s no doubt that Poison Ivy is one of the caped crusader€™s most notorious foes. Her obsession with plant life and the earth gives her motive that a lot of people can relate to, and her immunity to toxins gives her a threatening weapon when going up against the Dark Knight. It's true that a large number of people seem to have a fondness for Uma Thurman's portrayal of the character in Joel Schumacher's Batman & Robin. However, we would indeed love to see a far less campy rendition of the character in the future. With that being said; Emily Blunt has been on fire lately. She went from playing the token love interest in endless lackluster romantic subplots (The Great Buck Howard, The Wolfman) to proving that she can play a complete badass in this year's underrated Edge Of Tomorrow. Blunt has proved she can be soft & delicate and at the same time hard as cement. Blunt would embody Dr. Isley perfectly.
