10 Actors Who Should Replace Cavill As Superman

1. Armie Hammer

You want someone to play the All-American hero, so who better than the most typically All-American actor?

Not only does he just look like a comic book hero, but it’s easy to imagine him playing the symbol of Truth, Justice, and the American Way. He’s got charm and charisma in spades, but also the ability to play someone slightly aloof, or rather, alien.

He could do a more arrogant take on Supes, or a version who is purely good and honourable, while he’s also shown the kind of range that would lend itself to someone masking his identity and wrestling with a dual life.

Hammer feels destined to eventually land a major superhero role, after being cast as Batman in George Miller’s doomed Justice League Mortal, but while his chances of playing the Dark Knight may have gone, he’d be just as good, perhaps even better, as the Man of Steel.

Who do you want to replace Henry Cavill? Let us know down in the comments.
