What Lies Beneath is embedded with a little twist. If you haven't seen the movie, I suggest you stop reading right now, given that the movie eventually culminates in a twist where we find out that Ford's character is secretly a murderer and the villain of the movie. It's totally unexpected, given that Ford
always plays the hero - and he's surprisingly great at being scary.
