6. Rosa Salazar - The Divergent Series: Allegiant

In the second Divergent movie, Insurgent, actress Rosa Salazar turned up to play the character of Lynn - one who many assumed would be offed by the end of the film, because that's what happens in the book series. Nope: Lynn made it through the events of that particular picture just fine, which meant that fans presumed she'd be back for the next instalment in the series, Allegiant, which is due out in cinemas later in the year. Weirdly, though, Salazar isn't set to appear in the sequel in any capacity. When asked in an interview what was in store for Lynn in the next chapter of the saga, the actress curtly replied: "I€™m not going to be in Allegiant at all.€ It's somewhat odd to introduce an important character to the series, only to just pretend that she doesn't exist, don't you think? So what happened? Was Salazar fired? Why was her character written out? Or did she herself choose not to reprise her role as Lynn? As of right now, it's anybody's guess.
