10 Actors Who Will Definitely Win An Oscar One Day

7. Joseph Gordon-Levitt

Already a 25 year veteran of the business, Joseph Gordon-Levitt successfully made the leap from child star to critically-acclaimed actor look easy. One of the busiest young talents around, his increasing versatility makes it almost a foregone conclusion that he will one day wind up as an Academy Award-winning artist. Ever since Mysterious Skin and Brick definitively proved that the little kid from 3rd Rock from the Sun was all grown up, Gordon-Levitt has been on an absolute roll. The Lookout, (500) Days of Summer, 50/50 and Looper showcased a talent with great range, while big-budget efforts GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra, Inception and The Dark Knight Rises proved he was equally as comfortable in a studio blockbuster as an independent movie. Moving into writing and directing, last year's Don Jon earned critical praise while grossing almost five times its budget at the box office. When you think about it, the amount of strings recently added to his bow could see the 33 year-old potentially nominated somewhere down the line for Best Actor, Supporting Actor, Director, Original Screenplay or Adapted Screenplay. With decades left in his career, one thing is for sure; you wouldn't bet against it.

I don't do social media, so like or follow me in person but please maintain a safe distance or the authorities will be notified. Don't snap me though, I'll probably break. I was once labelled a misogynist on this very site in a twenty paragraph-long rant for daring to speak ill of the Twilight franchise. I stand by what I said, it's crap.
