3. Rip Torn - DUIs, Carrying A Firearm While Intoxicated, Burglary

Rip Torn Known to younger audiences primarily as Agent Zed in the first two Men in Black films, Rip Torn has nevertheless been around the block a few times, infamously colliding with Dennis Hopper over the years and coming from that old school of badass young actors who basically never grew into becoming old men. Torn has been arrested several times for DUI offences over the last decade, but his most egregious and infamous run-in with the law came in 2010, when Torn drunkenly broke into a closed bank branch, waving a gun. Torn was charged with a litany of crimes: carrying a firearm without a permit, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, first-degree burglary, second-degree criminal trespassing and third-degree criminal mischief. The almost 80-year-old Torn (at the time) was given a 2-and-a-half-year suspended sentence along with 3 years of probation. The subsequent period since has been relatively quiet, so perhaps Rip has finally got a handle on his demons...
