Any one of Adam Sandler's incessant man-child shticks could've realistically made this list, but his turn in Jack and Jill is easily the most hate-worthy, not least because there's two of him (kind of). Playing the eponymous twins, drag and all, Sandler puts in his worst, most annoying performance to date, rendering the legitimately funny early Adam Sandler (Big Daddy), and the actually-quite-moving serious Adam Sandler (Punch-Drunk Love and Funny People, though both have been slightly overstated) as collateral (un?) damage. There's simply too many examples of this kind of dross from the actor, and the he's-good-when-he-wants-to-be approach just doesn't cut it any more - Jack and Jill saw to that. His filmography post-Jack and Jill is just as lifeless, suggesting that Sandler just really doesn't care anymore (did he ever? were PDL and Funny People flukes?), an apathetic approach worthy of equal levels of animosity.
