10 Actors You Never Knew Were Child Stars

2. Elisabeth Moss

3311_elisabeth_moss_02 Nowadays, most people know Elisabeth Moss for her Emmy-nominated work as Peggy Olson on the critically acclaimed AMC show Mad Men. She's bold and ambitious, as she climbs her way up the corporate ladder in the male-dominated 1960s advertising industry. For a lot of people, she's the one they root for, especially in the first couple of seasons when she was just a lowly secretary, even more of an underdog than she is now. But back in the day, she was kept fairly busy as a child actor. Her largest role as a minor came in 1995, when she was cast alongside Erik von Detten in the made for TV film Escape to Witch Mountain. This Disney film saw her playing one half of a psychically linked set of twin aliens.
