Actress Charlize Theron could land the role of Thor simply by sending a headshot to the studio. The stunning South African actress has the perfect look for a Goddess turned superhero, but the talented thespian has much more to offer than just a pretty face. While she could have made a successful career being eye candy or playing romantic leads, Theron has never taken the easy route when it comes to picking parts. Theron won an Academy Award for Best Actress for her transformative portrayal of Aileen Wuornos in 2003s Monster. After the rumoured sequel to Fury Road, Mad Max: Furiosa hits theatres, Marvel might be ready to rev up its female version of the Norse Goddess and Theron would be a perfect fit for the role.
