10 All-New All-Different Marvel Ideas The MCU Should Use

5. Moon Knight

For a long time, there have been persistent rumors that Moon Knight could be a contender for a Marvel/Netflix series. He would certainly be a good fit for it. Moon Knight is basically Marvel's version of Batman... if Batman suffered from dissociative identity disorder... and earned his fortune as a heartless mercenary... and decided to become a crime fighter after an Egyptian god spoke to him.

In recent years, Moon Knight has gotten a lot of renewed love at Marvel. The past few series bearing his name have all been great, but the current one that launched with ANAD may be one of the best ever.

In this one, Moon Knight - in his civilian identity as Marc Spector - is trapped inside a psychiatric hospital. It's a very surreal series and can be difficult to tell what is real and what's imaginative.

With Netflix going for original, character-driven takes on superheroes, Moon Knight would fit in perfectly like that. In the first episode, it might seem similar to Daredevil. But then at the end, you discover Marc's actually locked inside a padded room in a straight jacket and you're left wondering... is he really a superhero, or is he just crazy?
