8. Species - French Kiss Of Doom

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmBNtyFBVFI Roger Donaldson's ropey science fiction thriller Species depicts the attempts of a horny alien named Sil (Natasha Henstridge) to be impregnated by a human mate so that she can unleash her spawn on the planet and populate it. When scared, Sil would turn into her more brutal, alien self - sometimes even with scales - as proven in this brilliantly revolting scene as she tries to hook her first mate. After she picks him out and the two get a room to hook up, she senses that he is diabetic and therefore not an apt mate, so she changes her mind, causing the horny guy to get mad and say that she can't leave. Sil then notices his aggression, kisses him passionately, but then grabs onto the back of his head as she forces her giant reptilian tongue through the back of it. At this point in the story, it's a pretty unexpected kill, and one that really sets the tone for the rest of the movie, even if the film never gets anywhere close to this level of awesomeness once again.
