The Scene: In a flashback, The Bride (Uma Thurman) and Bill (David Carradine) are met by a man (Michael Jai White) who claims Bill killed his master. Bill effortlessly kills the guy's four henchmen before the two engage in a brief swordfight, a fistfight and another sword duel, resulting in the man getting his throat slit and The Bride looking on in excitement as blood spurts out.

Why It Was Deleted: Tarantino reportedly killed the scene for pacing reasons, and many fans defend the decision as the scene, complete with White's laughably fake British accent, is definitely a bit silly.

Why It Should've Stayed In: It's worth keeping, however, because it provides the most prominent glimpse of Bill in action in either movie, all the more crucial given how anti-climactic his final showdown with The Bride is. Perhaps it could be trimmed down a bit, but the martial arts speaks for itself.
