5. Uncle Ben's Killer Will Be In The Sinister Six

There is a fan theory that predicts the cash register thief who went on to kill Peter Parker's Uncle Ben in the Amazing Spider-Man franchise will be sought out by Harry or Norman Osborn and recruited for the live action version of the Sinister Six. All of the origins of the villains so far have been through experimentations in Oscorp, so the character could be a completely new take on a character like Scorpion, for example. In the comic books, Scorpion is Mac Gargan, a private investigator paid by J. Jonah Jameson to undergo experimental animal mutation therapy, imbuing him with super strength, speed and endurance at the cost of his sanity. But what if something similar was done with the cash register thief, only with an Osborn behind the experiments? And what if the cash register thief was just a different take on Mac Gargan? Of course, he doesn't have to be Scorpion, but this would be a very cool way for Spider-Man's enemies to torment him, by giving his Uncle's killer the power to combat him and really get into his head.
