7. The Last Exorcism The Last Exorcism, directed by Daniel Stamm and released in 2010, follows Reverend Cotton Marcus, an evangelical minister who for years has been performing hoaxed Exorcisms. When he learns of the death of an autistic child after an exorcism-gone-wrong however, he agrees to a documentary outing exorcisms as frauds. He and his film crew then agree to an exorcism of a young girl called Nell.
