1. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=QRJ38y4Jn6k Matthew Broderick's massively charismatic turn as the titular troublesome teenager makes for the most charming fourth wall-breaking presence on film. Early on, he gives the kids watching the film advice on how to fake being sick (with the points even being displayed on screen), and after his parents believe his ruse, tells us, "Incredible! One of the worst performances of my career and they never doubted it for a second". Why this works so well is that Bueller spends the film talking to us like we're one of his buddies, which only helped this John Hughes classic endure even more with youngsters the world over. Arguably the best moment of all comes at the very end of the movie, when Bueller comes back and tells the viewer to go home because the movie's over. Brilliant.
