5. Action - Skyfall
Bond movies over the years have had their ups and downs. Some more memorable the others, but none of them have the bar as high Skyfall. Understandably I will probably start a debate on whether Daniel Craig is even classified as a good Bond or a Bond at all. Never the less you cannot deny the power and behind Skyfall. Its beautifully shot, it has near perfect pacing and best of all is the action itself is top notch. Unlike most action movies, it avoids being bogged down by excessive action and keeps it nice and simple. By keeping the action in spurts during the film and adding more substance in the middle makes the film so much more enjoyable then some previous installments. Its rare to see an intellectual action film, and thats what makes this particular film refreshing to a sometimes dreadful genre.
