1. Johnny Depp Traveling With His Captain Jack Sparrow Costume

We've all heard about Johnny Depp visiting children's hospitals and schools dressed as Captain Jack Sparrow. Back in 2010 when nine-year-old Beatrice Delap, a London schoolgirl, wrote a letter to Captain Sparrow, the world's most famous pirate, seeking his assistance to organize a "mutiny" against her teachers, she never thought he would actually turn up. However, not only did Depp show up but he showed up completely decked out in his pirate uniform. In 2009, Depp donated £1 million to a children€™s hospital in London and later showed up wearing his infamous costume to surprise all of the kids there. We continually hear stories like this and the reason why is because Depp apparently has the Pirates of the Caribbean costume with him at all times. As he explained in an interview last summer: "Sometimes you go to kiddie hospitals and things like that," the actor explained. "I'll just sneak in and go and surprise a bunch of kiddies through the different wards€ It basically turns into a two-, three-hour improvisation and it's really fun. So I travel with Captain Jack." Us adults may have a problem with the growing redundant trajectory of Depp's career but sometimes it really is more about the kids.
