10 Awesome Ways Agents Of SHIELD Might Link To Avengers: Age Of Ultron

8. Wakanda

Wakanda is set to be a key location in Age Of Ultron; Ultron himself will head to the fictional African country in order to acquire the indestructible metal vibranium - the material from which Captain America's shield is made - in order to upgrade his own body to make him nigh-on unbeatable in physical combat. The inclusion of the country will also serve as the means to introduce Andy Serkis' Ulysses Klaw and, later, Chadwick Boseman's Black Panther, but it could also be used to link the movie to Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. One thing Phil Coulson's team - and indeed S.H.I.E.L.D. in general - tend to do is acquire rare items and materials. With Ultron having proven that vibranium can be dangerous, Coulson's team could head there to acquire what's left of it to keep it out of the hands of villains in the future. The visit could result in S.H.I.E.L.D. both coming into conflict with HYDRA and forging a relationship with the country, which could come in handy for both parties in the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
