One way that he could be heavily utilised without actually appearing on screen in the show would be if, as part of his attempts at global domination, he was to remotely control the jet that is utilised by the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. on a daily basis - The Bus. Having Skye going mind-to-mind with Ultron in a hacking battle for control of the jet would be very interesting indeed and could be the catalyst for the Inhuman agent to regain the confidence required to gain control of her newly manifested seismic abilities.
