2. The Agents Could Appear In The Movie

Although Avengers: Age of Ultron is already jam-packed with a plethora of characters - not least due to the fact that the titular team alone will be boasting no less than nine members by the time the movie ends - rumours are persisting that the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. from the television series of the same name could be set to appear in it. Phil Coulson obviously has strong ties to the Avengers, but they still think he's dead, so it would be quite a big deal if he revealed himself to be alive to them, while it would represent the first appearance in a movie for the likes of Melinda May, Skye, Jemma Simmons and Leo Fitz. The Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. could offer the Avengers some much needed technical back-up while they are physically battling Ultron and his forces, but it remains to be seen whether or not they will actually appear in the blockbuster.
