Anyone found to be taking part in the kind of adventures Daredevil will be having is bound to end up on the radar of Phil Coulson and his team. A masked man putting himself at risk in Hell's Kitchen? The re-emerging S.H.I.E.L.D. would love a piece of that pie! Whether or not he'd be deemed a danger or a potential agent wouldn't matter - it would simply make for a really great crossover episode of either show. In the comic books, Daredevil has been offered a place in S.H.I.E.L.D. by Nick Fury - though he didn't accept it - but that could ultimately be what happens in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, regardless of what S.H.I.E.L.D.'s initial intentions for the characters are. Even he doesn't actually join, he could become an ally of the organisation - just like Thor, for example.
