3. He Could Help In The Infinity War

In 2018, the first of two Avengers: Infinity War movies will see the culmination of an ongoing saga in the Marvel Cinematic Universe - the heroes of the franchise will have to face off against Thanos, the Mad Titan who is currently lurking in the background, when he is wielding the all-powerful Infinity Gauntlet. The forces of good are going to need every bit of help they can muster - especially given that Thanos probably won't even be alone - meaning that pretty much every hero seen up to that point (assuming they are still alive) will be brought in to fight him. The Avengers, Guardians of the Galaxy, S.H.I.E.L.D. and possibly Daredevil and his fellow Defenders would be a good start - and a sure-fire way of linking the Netflix series to the wider Marvel Cinematic Universe. Heck, Daredevil could even end up fighting in space, as the heroes did in the Infinity Gauntlet comic book storyline (though it should be noted that he was one of the heroes who disappeared from existence when Thanos snapped his fingers at the start of the story).
