After Sean Bean's shocking death on the hit series, it seemed like his career was about to be utterly rejuvenated.

Bean certainly wasn't going through any slump at the time, but it felt like the absolute popularity of this show could have been his ticket into mainstream cinema. Still, for a few years, the only notable movie he appeared in was Silent Hill: Revelation - which we will be returning to later.

Therefore, when Jupiter Ascending was announced, many thought his popularity was finally going to be capitalised on. This was a very hyped film with a sensational budget, a highly decorated cast and the creators of the Matrix trilogy behind it, and seemed destined for greatness, but sometimes destiny can play cruel tricks.

The film was an utter shambles filled with dire narrative plot holes, dreadful dialogue and some of the worst acting performances given by some of the best actors involved. Sean Bean certainly doesn't escape from this title without suffering from these awful transgressions and should hope that people don't remember this outing.
