10 Awful Films Star Wars: Force Awakens Actors Want You To Forget

4. Branded (2012) - Max Von Sydow

RottenTomatoes Score: 10% The Plot: In future Moscow, advertising has well and truly run amok, causing a society easily manipulated into poor health choices by marketing. High-flying executive Misha (Ed Stoppard) comes to realise the horror he and other big-wigs have wrought, and seeks to break the system down from the inside out. Why It Sucks: Though Branded is an undeniably original effort, that sadly doesn't guarantee it actually works as a film. The satirical potential in the concept was huge, yet it ultimately takes itself far too seriously and ends up playing out like unsavoury Communist propaganda. There are too many subplots, the visual effects are horrendous, and sadly not even the brief presence of Max von Sydow himself can save it, playing a marketing guru who tries to push fat acceptance to help out the fast food chains. While not as aggressively bland and uninspired as some movies on this list, it's still a swing and a huge miss.
