3. Under The Rainbow (1981) - Carrie Fisher

RottenTomatoes Score: 0% The Plot: In the early stages of World War II, Adolf Hitler tasks his midget secret agent Otto Kriegling (Billy Barty) with heading to California and handing off U.S. defense plans to a Japanese spy. With hundreds of midgets trying out for a part in The Wizard of Oz nearby, though, that's just the start of it... Why It Sucks: One of the most bizarre comedies ever assembled, Over the Rainbow is a near-incomprehensible collision of tone-deaf ideas, offensive stereotypes and, of course, cringe-inducing midget gags. Chevy Chase is pretty much running on empty here, while Fisher, in the unfortunate role of babysitter to all the drunken midgets, doesn't get much to do other than parade around in her underwear. An undignified effort for all involved indeed.
