10 Awful Movie Kill Quips So Bad They're Good

7. €œZed€™s Dead, Baby. Zed€™s Dead.€ €“ Pulp Fiction

Why It€™s So Bad: Zed rhymes with dead. Poetic. €But Really So Good: Zed totally deserved to die. Nice closure. This cult classic has some great dialogue, and despite what I said in the introduction, Pulp Fiction actually won an Academy Award for Best Writing. Aside from every word that Samuel L Jackson says in the film, there is another pretty good one-liner, this time from Bruce Willis. In the movie, Bruce Willis plays Butch, a boxer, whilst Ving Rhames plays Marsellus Wallace. In a rather unpleasant and unfortunate scene, Willis & Wallace find themselves in a shop basement, being subjected to some pretty nasty stuff by bad guy Zed. Willis helps Wallace get free, and takes Zed€™s chopper. As Willis rides off, he utters a great kill quip, whilst Marsellus Wallace gets medieval on Zed€™s ass. I like writing about films and hope you like reading about them too. And watching them, of course.
