10 Awful Movies Breaking Bad Actors Want You To Forget

1. Need For Speed (Aaron Paul)

Why Him?
DreamWorks SKG

Aaron Paul's portrayal of troubled meth dealer Jesse Pinkman was critically acclaimed and earned him numerous awards including a record three Primetime Emmy Awards for Best Supporting Actor in a Drama Series. Critics and fans praised Pinkman's character development from an unsympathetic drug dealer to the moral center of the show as he became more and more guilt ridden from his and Walt's exploits.

Given the popularity of the show and of Paul's character and performance, it looked like his career after it ended would be bright. One of his first projects following Breaking Bad and his first cinematic starring role, however, turned out to be 2014's Need for Speed. It was adapted from the video game series of the same name and was intended to be an action thriller in the vein of Fast and Furious. The film was clearly meant to launch Paul's silver screen career as a viable leading man but ultimately failed to do so given the movie's lukewarm commercial performance and largely negative critical response that framed it as a shallow action flick full of stock characters.
