10 Awful Movies Breaking Bad Actors Want You To Forget

6. Death Wish (Dean Norris)

Why Him?
MGM

Dean Norris was one of the more surprising breakout stars of Breaking Bad considering his character Hank Schrader in the first season came across as an antagonistic foil to Walter White. Norris went on to garner widespread acclaim from critics and audiences alike in the succeeding seasons as ASAC Schrader developed into one of most likeable, complex and morally sound characters in the whole show, thanks in large part to Dean Norris' performance.

His work following the end of the show has consisted mostly of supporting characters in various TV shows and movies. One of his more major roles was as Detective Rains in the 2018 revenge thriller Death Wish. The film was another in a long line of mass-produced Bruce Willis action flicks that have been released over the past decade. It was less than successful and was panned by critics, who criticized the timing of the movie's release, given that it came out less than three weeks after the Parkland, Florida school shooting. The movie presented an apparently positive and enthusiastic view on American gun culture, which proved to be an extremely distasteful and controversial decision.
