1. Elektra King (Sophie Marceau) in The World Is Not Enough
This is my favorite Bond bad guy of all time, and I had the pleasure of meeting Jaws (Richard Kiel) in person once. Not only was she beautiful, rich, fun, and sophisticated, but she also was a darn good skier. Can you imagine what her mountaintop chalet would be like? She drops a million bucks at a game of High/Low like it's nothing, so I don't think she'd bat an eye if I asked for a couple grand to hit the craps table with. Sure she has a mild case of Stockholm Syndrome, but I'd be happy to go with her to get therapy. What are friends for? Those are my movie bad-guy and gal friends. Who are yours?
