10 Bad Movies Made Much Better If You Watch Them As A Comedy

1. The Wicker Man (2006)

The original 1973 version of The Wicker Man, inspired by David Pinner€™s novel Ritual, is a truly iconic horror movie about a devout Catholic policeman traveling to a remote Scottish island to investigate the disappearance of a teenage girl. In the ill advised remake (directed by Neil LaBute) we, more or less, just have Nicolas Cage running around like a mad man. The film is so hollow that it€™s kind of an accomplishment in itself. Not one single scene ever approaches even the slightest scare or moment of unease. Strangely enough, this film has gone on to earn an immense cult following over the years. This is due to the fact that the proceedings are completely, unintentionally hilarious. Indeed, if you watch it without comparison to the original and treat it as the ultimate €œ so bad it€™s good€ then there€™s a considerable amount of pleasure to be had (seriously, who would have thought that a grown man punching a women in the face while wearing a bear costume would be so funny?). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EiWaxC-Dvy0 And let€™s not forget one of the greatest awful lines in movie history: "OH, NO! NOT THE BEES! NOT THE BEES! AAAAAHHHHH! OH, THEY'RE IN MY EYES! MY EYES! AAAAHHHHH! AAAAAGGHHH!" Do you have any other films you€™d like to add to this list? Let us know in the comment section below.
