7. George & The Rock Lay The Smack Down - Rampage

Pretty much the entire third act of Rampage is one long, insane action sequence, but the climactic battle between giant gorilla George, giant crocodile Lizzie and giant wolf Ralph, is the easy highlight.

With the military preparing to deploy a bomb that will kill the three creatures, Davis (Dwayne Johnson) teams up with George to help bring the situation under control before then.

Granted, The Rock can't do much but use a grenade launcher to lure Lizzie and Ralph into fighting another, but audiences certainly get their fill of monster-on-monster action, and The Rock's countless near-death experiences are really quite hilarious.

Ultimately, George emerges the sole survivor (barely), the bombing strike is cancelled, and you get to see a giant gorilla making sexual sign language, so there's that.

As dumb as this movie was, it delivered pretty much exactly what it set out to, and thanks to some surprisingly sharp visual effects, the action felt legitimately well-executed.
