10 Best Mid-Credit Movie Scenes

3. Toy Story 2

Most people know that decent CGI is expensive. Like, really expensive. So Pixar really went above and beyond with their end credits sequence. In this near six-minute sequence, we get a bunch of inventive ‘outtakes’, specially made by the studio to keep bums glued to seats.

Playing it out as if the gang are really actors and being filmed by a real crew, we’re treated to an extended gag reel of gaffs and goofs by our favourite living toys. Watch Buzz let one off in front of dozens of his toy brethren, Stinky Pete creeping on a couple of Barbies, and even a superb cameo by Flik and Heimlich from A Bug’s Life, which does feature in the actual movie in a blink and you’ll miss it moment. Pixar, you are just too damn good to us.

A sucker for the MCU, Aaron Sorkin's writing, thrillers and action RPGs. Low key in love with Steve Rogers.
