6. Digital Camouflage Screen

Another hard hitter from Ghost Protocol, the digital camouflage screen has a multitude of uses, using perspective and real-time digital trickery to render people and objects all but invisible. The screen is utilised by Ethan and Benji to infiltrate the Kremlin, projecting their way down a corridor towards the (unsuspecting) guards' station.

Working on a somewhat similar principle to the invisible Aston Martin Vanquish from Die Another Day, the screen uses a rear-mounted camera that tracks the viewer's line of sight and projects a perspective-appropriate image onto itself, appearing to create a solid and continuous image between reality and the screen.

This means that anyone in the section between the screen and the camera can move unseen - though it has obvious physical drawbacks at close range.
