10 Best Moments In Kong: Skull Island
1. Post-Credits Scene Teases All The Monsters
And finally, because Kong is part of the MonsterVerse, there's a post-credits scene to get you hyped for coming attractions.
Conrad and Weaver are detained in an interrogation room before they're greeted by Brooks (Corey Hawkins) and Lin (Jing Tian), who inform them that Kong is just one of many ancient creatures residing on Earth.
They're then shown old cave paintings of Godzilla, King Ghidorah, Rodan, and Mothra, with the final image showing the three-headed King Ghidorah and Godzilla about to throw down. Cut to black, followed by Godzilla's iconic roar.
While it doesn't seem terribly likely a Mothra movie will be happening anytime soon, it'd still be awesome to see the creature used as a side-attraction in either Godzilla: King of the Monsters or Godzilla vs. Kong.
