David Lynch's Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me was a 1992 prequel movie to his hit TV show, and one which typically confounded as many as it entertained.

But back in 2014, Lynch gave fans a glorious gift by releasing Twin Peaks: The Missing Pieces, a 91-minute assortment of deleted and extended scenes cut from the original movie.

Before long, an editor by the name of Q2 reincorporated these scenes into the movie, resulting in the 209-minute film Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me – Teresa Banks & The Last Seven Days Of Laura Palmer.

Q2 left three deleted scenes out of his cut because he couldn't find a way to make them fit tonally, but otherwise, it's as comprehensive an edit of the movie as you'll find.

It's certainly worth watching Fire Walk With Me in its original form first, especially as some of the deleted scenes verge on the self-indulgent side, but as a companion piece for hardcore fans, it's great.
