10 Best Musical Scenes In Movies

7. Can't Buy Me Love - A Hard Day's Night

The Fab Four had always had a dream of being like Elvis Presley, which naturally meant that the lads from Liverpool were to make a film once they hit it big. After over 50 years, A Hard Days Night still holds up with its depiction of the Beatles' trademark youthful exuberance.

The band showcases many songs throughout the film, but the crowned jewel out of them all has to be "Can't Buy Me Love." Right as the band finally decides to play hooky and throw out their schedules, the song comes in as they run through a field and create all sorts of adolescent hi jinks. While the song is meant to be taken as a rock and roll love song, the way it's used in the movie shifts the focus from romantic desire to almost a Benny Hill sequence.

However, the sharp tonal clash doesn't take away from the absolute joy of the scene. As the Beatles dance around in the field and wrestle with the camera, the viewer gets a peek into the lives of one of the greatest bands in the world. No matter what age you are, this scene will instantly snap you back to being a kid in no time flat.
